About this page

This page sets out the terms for using humanroadmap.com and for joining Human Roadmap 2050, how we handle personal data, how we use cookies, and how cancellations and refunds work.

Human Roadmap 2050 is published on Substack (psconsulting.substack.com) and Patreon (patreon.com/PSConsulting). Those platforms process your account and payment, and their own terms apply to you alongside this page.

Terms of use

By using this site or joining Human Roadmap 2050, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or join.

The site. humanroadmap.com is free to browse. We may update or remove content at any time.

Memberships. Prices are in euros, memberships renew automatically until cancelled, and a price locked at joining stays locked for as long as you remain a member. What each tier includes is described on the site and on the platform when you join.

Our content and licence. Unless otherwise stated, PS Consulting d.o.o. and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in all material on this site and in Human Roadmap 2050, including text, audio, video and PDFs. All rights are reserved. You may use this material for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy or republish it, sell, rent or sub-license it, or redistribute it to others, and you must not use it to train AI systems. We reserve all rights, including the right to opt out of text and data mining.

Acknowledgments. If you choose to be named in the book's acknowledgments, we will use your name as you give it to us and only with your agreement.

Personal development, not treatment. Human Roadmap 2050 is written for reflection and personal growth. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it doesn't replace professional care. Practices and meditations are optional, and you take part at your own discretion. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Private sessions. One-to-one sessions are arranged separately and may have their own terms, which we will share when you book.

Community conduct. Comments and live circles on Substack and Patreon are also subject to those platforms' rules. Please be respectful, share only what you have the right to share, and don't use them to promote your own business or to post unlawful, defamatory or offensive material. Comments reflect the views of the person who posts them, not ours. We may remove comments that break these terms, and by posting one you allow us to display and quote it on the platform where you posted it.

Links to this site. You are welcome to link to humanroadmap.com, as long as the link is not misleading, does not suggest that we sponsor or endorse you, and fits the context of your site. Please don't use our logo or artwork without our written permission. We may ask you to remove a link, and you agree to do so promptly. We are not responsible for the content of other websites that link to us or that we link to.

Accuracy and liability. We take care with what we publish, but we can't guarantee that the information on this site is complete or accurate, or that the site will always be available or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all other warranties and conditions about the site and the publication, and we are not liable for losses from relying on them. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, including your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Slovenian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes with business customers are handled by the competent courts in Ljubljana.

Privacy

PS Consulting d.o.o. is the controller of personal data collected through this site and through our direct communication with you. We collect little, we don't sell it, and we handle it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovenian law.

What we collect.

  • Messages and emails you send us: your name, email address and what you write.

  • Details you give us to book or run a private session.

  • Technical data about your visit, such as IP address, device and pages viewed, which our website host and any analytics tool receive.

  • From Substack and Patreon: your name, email address, membership tier and status, so we can deliver your membership. We don't receive your card details.

Why we use it, and on what basis. To deliver the membership or service you signed up for (contract); to answer your questions (contract or legitimate interest); to run and secure the site (legitimate interest); to keep accounting records (legal obligation); and to use optional cookies or send marketing you agreed to (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who handles it for us. Substack and Patreon run your account and payment on their platforms and are responsible for the data they hold under their own privacy policies. Our website host (Hostinger), our email provider, and video-call tools such as Zoom, which we use for live sessions, process data on our behalf. Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards such as an EU adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it. Only as long as needed for the purpose above: enquiries until they are resolved, membership data while your membership is active, and accounting records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights. You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, or object to how we use it. Email welcome@psconsult.ing and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si) or to the authority in your own country.

Children. The site and publication are not aimed at children under 16.
